Does my vehicle need to be empty?
When shipping a vehicle, it is usually required that all personal items are removed from the car before the transport process begins. After I place my order when will I hear from you?
After assigning a driver to your auto shipping order, we will inform you of the details. It’s important to note that drivers typically plan their schedules within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled pickup date, and drivers are usually assigned to orders in their local area during that time frame. However, this may vary, depending on the driver’s availability or specific needs of the auto hauling route. We will keep you updated and notify you as soon as a driver is confirmed for your order

After your order is dispatched, we will give you the contact information of the carrier handling your auto shipping. The driver is not permitted by law to respond to enquiries while operating their truck, however, the dispatch team of the assigned auto hauling company should be able to provide an update promptly. Can you guarantee a pick-up and delivery date and time?
We offer the option of guaranteed pickup dates for your vehicle, just let us know if you need the car picked up by a specific date or on a specific date. Additional cost may apply to ensure your desired time frame. If you require a guaranteed pickup date, please contact us for a personalized quote. However, please note that due to unforeseen circumstances on the road, we cannot guarantee delivery dates in the auto-hauling industry.

When shipping a vehicle, we try our best to estimate a delivery date, but there may be unexpected events like bad weather, traffic or road closures that can cause delays. Because of these unpredictable factors, delivery dates are not guaranteed in the auto-hauling industry. We will keep you informed on the status of your shipment and work with you if there are any delays.
What type of trailer will my vehicle be transported on?
Your vehicle will usually be transported on a large open truck, similar to the ones used to deliver new cars to dealerships. These trucks can be hard to drive on small roads and have restrictions on low bridges and overhanging trees. Please keep this in mind when giving directions to your pick up or delivery location. If the truck can’t reach your location, you might have to meet your driver at a mutually agreed location.

Is it necessary to pay the trucker if I am not completely satisfied with the vehicle transportation service?
As per the Federal Law, payment must be made in full to the trucker for the services provided. Failure to do so would give the trucker the legal right to retain your vehicle until the payment is completed. What is the process for receiving a refund?
The deposit is fully refundable in case you decide to cancel before a driver has been assigned. Once a driver has been scheduled, the deposit becomes non-refundable as we will have incurred costs to reserve a spot on the truck for your vehicle. You will receive confirmation of the pickup and delivery dates and the driver’s information prior to the dispatch of the order.
Are there any discounts available for transporting multiple vehicles?
Yes, we do offer discounts for shipping multiple vehicles. The amount of the discount will depend on several factors. To qualify for the discount, all vehicles must be transported together on the same truck from pickup to delivery. Is it possible to place an order if I don't have the exact delivery address?
